Russian oil revenues increased by over ten percent in May which basically returns them to pre-invasion levels. This as President Biden continues to blame Putin's war on Ukraine as the single largest reason for high gas prices in the United States. FOX's John Saucier speaks with Dr. Rebecca Grant, national security analyst and founder of IRIS Research, about the long term concerns over rising oil costs and the current efforts by Ukraine's fighters to repel the invasion.
