    Three-time Paralympic gold medalist Becca Meyers , a deaf and blind swimmer, shared this Instagram post with her "gut-wrenching decision to withdraw from the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics." The reason? The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee has denied her a reasonable and essential accommodation - a "trusted personal care assistant" .
